Trained bank clerk, degree in business administration and, since 2000, managing partner of Gracher Kredit- und Kautionsmakler GmbH und Co. KG, Germany’s largest surety service provider.

An expert in his field and a member of the Chamber of Industry and Commerce (IHK) finance committee, he is consulted on such matters as the implementation of European Commission directives and regulations.

He is also a co-founder and board member of (the international credit broker association) BARDO e.V., established in 2013, and heads its surety committee. As a founding member of Surety Alliance, he is well-connected internationally.

And since May 2023, he has been a member of the Advisory Board of F.A.Z. BUSINESS MEDIA GmbH.

Jörg Bosch studied law in Marburg, Cologne, and Nice, successfully completing both state examinations. His professional career began at Hermes Kreditversicherung and continued at Euler Hermes in Hamburg, where he worked in sales and customer management before taking on leadership roles in Munich. Most recently, he served as Head of Territory South at Allianz Trade, the global market leader in credit insurance.

Since April 1, 2025, Jörg Bosch has assumed the position of Chief Sales Officer (CSO) at Gracher and serves as Managing Director responsible for sales.

With his extensive expertise, he elevates sales to a new level and further drives the company’s growth.
